Relational Aggression: An Introduction
In this one-hour introductory course, Dr. Nixon defines relational aggression and discuss the forms of aggression, cultural influences on aggressive behaviors, prevalence of relational aggression and its potential negative consequences.

Relational Aggression: Strategies and Solutions
This two-hour course will review the basics covered in Relational Aggression: An Introduction, then provide concrete strategies to address relational aggression in the school setting. This course is recommended for those who have a strong background in relational aggression, or those who have taken the introductory course offered by Dr. Nixon.
