In our studies of social climates within schools, it is clear that both boys and girls are negatively impacted by relational aggression (e.g. name calling, spreading rumors and exclusion).  Additionally, awareness of covert aggression in the adult workplace is on the rise.  Because of this, The Ophelia Project has turned its attention to helping everyone – boys, girls, children and adults – when it comes to creating safe social climates.

The problem of relational aggression is genderless and ageless, and we encourage everyone to take a stand against this harmful behavior wherever it exists.
